MIchael, you do so much every day and care more than so many about us and it shows in everything you do, not only on the clock but off. You never stop thinking of what is best for us, and whether it be for work or out of friendship.... you care... and that is a rare commodity that the world needs more of in this day.
So this is just a small way of letting you know just how much we all care and are so happy that on this day you were brought into the world.
