This is the Ball of Confusion. The lady who lent me the supplies to make "The Sign" as it is forever known drew this on my white board:

Ball of Confusion- An imaginary area around a workgroup or individual who are so confused about the task or the knowledge needed that they draw others, who have good answers, into their state of confusion. The phenomenon may also occur while watching "Friends". When exposed to the Ball of Confusion the victim becomes disoriented. The particularly astute observer may also feel their I.Q. dropping during exposure.
